The Commonwealth Education Trust has been partnering with Radley College for several years. Together, we believe that by connecting students with a number of schools worldwide, we will create global citizens who are empowered to change society for the better.
To launch this year’s partnership, Betty Abeng, CEO of the Commonwealth Education Trust and Alex Starr, Lead Education and Partnership Consultant, visited the school on September 16th.

Year 10 (14-15 year olds) will fundraise through innovative, creative methods. We are excited to follow the boys’ progress this year, setting them the challenge of raising more money than last academic year.
We are delighted that this programme has such long-lasting impact. Archie Donald, entrepreneur, University student and former Radley student, has established the company Haus, raising money for the Commonwealth Education Trust this year.
Meanwhile, George Egerton-Warburton, graduate of Radley, now working as a Climate Change Analyst for Barclays is continually advocating for the Commonwealth Education Trust. Last year, he was even able to join us at the launch to reflect on the skills learnt in the process of fundraising and how his experiences with CET have shaped his world views.
Our thanks to Mark Jewell, Head of Internal Partnerships, who organised a fantastic afternoon for everyone involved.
