Our programmes
Providing Teacher Professional development
Millions of children are not receiving a quality education. The Commonwealth Education Trust invests in teachers in low- and middle-income settings by providing accessible teacher professional development via two main programmes: Teach2030 and Foundations of Learning. The reach of these programmes extends across more than 100 countries.
Teach2030
Teach2030 is a professional development platform providing low data, contextualised courses, workshops, teaching tips and resources. It can help both individuals and schools to upskill their practice.
Foundations of Teaching for Learning
Available via Coursera, Foundations of Teaching for Learning is a programme of professional development courses that cover 9 foundational areas alongside a Writing for Young Readers course.
How do we reach teachers

We work together with organisations in a range of ways to provide teacher professional development via in-country programmes.

Beyond in-country programmes, we reach individual teachers looking to upskill via digital channels.
