Gordon’s Closing Ceremony for 2025
Today marks the end of another successful year of partnership with Gordon’s schools.
This year, 8 partnerships of 14 teachers across 6 countries have worked collaboratively to upskill their teaching and leadership practice.
As part of our UK and International Partnership Programme, teachers from Gordon’s have been partnered with others worldwide, matched based on their TPD focus and subject specialism. Gordon’s teachers coach and collaborate based on specific targets, by designing and providing information, guidance and resources. This not only advances their partner’s pedagogy, but also their own. As the teachers worldwide are all in positions of leadership, by forging relationships with them, Gordon’s teachers have the opportunity to impact on a whole school level. This is an irreplaceable, unique experience that is of service for their own career progression, preparing them for their own positions of leadership, or strengthening already existing leadership skills.
